Good Morning to you all!!
God is GREAT!! Thank you God for all our Blessings! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful God; that unconditional love and forgiveness of our sins through that mighty gift, His SON!
Welcome back brother Andrew, it is nice to see you back with us again. Ok, so now let’s dive right into James chapter 5:1-6. James, in the spirit of the OT (read Ezek 18:12-13), jumps on the employers who have treated their employees unjustly. Can you tell me… where do you see this today? Everywhere… And where can we help? At work? In our neighborhood, and wider?
Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming upon you! 2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have heaped up treasure in the last days. 4 Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.5 You have lived on the earth in pleasure and luxury; you have fattened your hearts as in a day of slaughter. 6 You have condemned, you have murdered the just; he does not resist you.
Our heavenly Father, please look after the poor and less fortunate by putting the weight on our hearts and the hearts of all that have the power and knowhow to help them. You have blessed us with many riches and tools to make our lives good; so now we need to fulfill your wishes and use what you have given us to go and help those who have nothing. We are the ones that you have picked, in your mercy, to show to others that you work through us and help us that we don’t just sit on our blessings and forget why you have given us the resources to help. God, you gave us the biggest gift of all …your SON and now it is up to us to show to the world that His death was not in vain. Our God, we shall do this in your Son’s name, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ …AMEN!
Have a Great Day!
Keep your head up! GOD gives his hardest battles to his strongest SOLDIERS…
So as we go through our day let us go out to help and to care for all that need it, in Jesus’ name…Amen!
