Do you think summer is around the corner? The days have been very nice and can you all see God’s creatures and beautiful creations all around us? GOD is GREAT!!
Last week we had a wonderful discussion on Paul’s work and suffering. The Corinthians gave him a hard time and his relationship with the church was week.
So now as we move into chapter 4:13-15 is hope what we see? Is it more work for us to spread the word? We do not lose heart!
2 Corinthians 4:13-15
13 Since we have the same spirit of faith according to what has been written, “I believed, and so I spoke,”(Ps 116:10) we also believe, and so we also speak, 14 knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and bring us with you into his presence. 15 For it is all for your sake, so that as grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving, to the glory of God.
What “faith” did Paul have?
What did it lead Paul to do? And why?
What results did he hope for?
This passage reflects (read it) John 20:19-29, so whether we are or are not convinced that Christ rose from the dead does not affect the reality of the Resurrection. But if we accept its reality by faith and live consistently in light of it, it changes our lives like nothing else can.
Dear God, you are the greatest light in my life. You are the Alfa and Omega. You are greater than all; your glory is immense. With all your greatness and power, I ask that you remove the veil from those still in darkness. Use me Father, to reach out to the blind, to bring them into your light. Save more sinners so that you can build up your army of prayer warriors to give you the praises of glory that you so much deserve. Like you raised your Son in power, raise us also in power to make us strong in your Son’s name, Jesus Christ …Amen!
Have a Great Day!
Keep your head up! GOD gives his hardest battles to his strongest SOLDIERS…
So as we go through our day let us go out to help and to care for all that need it, in Jesus’ name…Amen!
